24 to 48 hours prior to official closing, we perform a final walkthrough of the property to confirm its condition matches contract expectations:

Inspect Property Condition
Check that the home is clean, all personal items of the seller have been removed, and no damage occurred during moving.
Test Systems & Appliances

To ensure power and water are running on move-in day, schedule utility transfers
